The History

Ever since Stephanie Hevezi joined the team at Connect California Homes, she has exhibited an unmatched ability to hustle and develop creative marketing strategies. 

When the real estate market began to shift, Stephanie amplified her efforts. Her strategies were proven successful by her recent sale of 596 Bobbie Drive in Danville, CA,  that received an above average offer that outpaced the market. On the heels of this transaction, the homeowners of 864 Turrini Drive in Danville reached out to Stephanie after seeing her successful strategies.

The Challenge

The Turrini homeowners were looking to sell, however, they were concerned if it was the right time. Stephanie made an appointment with the sellers and encouraged them to trust the expertise of the Connect CA Homes team. They worked together to put a strategy in place and never looked back.

The Success

Stephanie employed tried-and-true basics of real estate marketing which meant personally canvassing the local neighborhood and hosting traditional weekend open houses and a brokers tour. But she didn’t stop there, Stephanie continued by developing a completely unique marketing strategy.

Stephanie executed a strong pre-marketing campaign to local Realtors that included presenting the listing at industry networking events, reaching out to other realtors in the area and reverse prospecting in order to promote the listing to buyers’ and sellers’ agents who had recent activity in the local area. 

However, one of the most creative and unique aspects of Stephanie’s campaign was the initiation of weekday twilight open house events and a neighbors-only preview and ice cream party!

Her approach was entirely different and it paid off. She generated an above asking deal ($300K) within five days, which at the time, the typical number of days on market was 19! Additionally, she successfully negotiated for a month of free rent-back for her sellers, ensuring they had sufficient time to locate and transition into their next home.
